Blackburn man found at ex-girlfriend’s home despite restraining order
A 39-YEAR-OLD man was found at his ex-girlfriend’s home despite a restraining order. Blackburn magistrates heard on both occasions Anthony Stuart Longson had been invited.
Longson, of Harrison Street, Blackburn, pleaded guilty to two breaches of a restraining order and was ordered to do 150 hours unpaid work.
The magistrates agreed to Marie Cox’s request for the order to be revoked.
