GLYNN Derek Threlfall, 22, of Henry Street, Church, was fined £35 with £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs and £150 criminal court charge by Blackburn Magistrates after admitting being drunk and disorderly in Blackburn Road, Accrington.
The court heard police found three men fighting. Two fled but Threlfall remained.
