A HYNDBURN pub is set to go under the hammer next week.
The Volunteer in Whalley Road, Clayton-le-Moors, will be up for grabs on Thursday at the Etihad Stadium.
The pub, which has five rooms, a kitchen and a bathroom, has a leasehold for a term of 999 years from November 21, 1828.
The guide price is £50,000.
