A TikTok video showcasing a house up for sale in East Lancashire with apparent cannabis growing equipment has gone viral.

A user named 'Spotted Right Move' posted screenshots of the property in Laithe Street, Burnley, up for sale on Rightmove's website.

The TikTok account showcases unique and memorable properties for different reasons, to intrigue the viewer on the best properties the site has to offer.

The caption of the TikTok said: "Grow house. Previous owner was so passionate about horticulture they did it inside their home.

"Front door will need replacing as it got kicked in."

A 'grow house' is believed to be slang for a room in which cannabis plants are grown and harvested. 

The video showcases screenshots of all the pictures that Rightmove has posted of the three bedroom terrace, including multiple clips hanging from the ceiling and a silver foil fume extinguisher.

As of today, (Tuesday, February 13), the video has 950,200 views, 909 saves and nearly 6,000 comments.

Rightmove lists the property's key features as: "A three bedroom mid terrace house. In need of modernisation. Conveniently located for the amenities of Burnley. Vacant."

The guide price is currently listed at £15,000, which will be the starting price at auction, and was added at the end of January of this year.

User 'Glorioustriumph' commented on the video and said: "I know it is in Burnley but fifteen grand?!

"Not even a deposit anywhere else."

Benjamin Stacey commented: "I love a place that already has air con."

Dan commented: "Laithe Street is a bad area in Burnley. Really run down."
