A country pub based at the foot of Pendle Hill which is popular with tourists and walkers has gone on the market.
The Pendle Inn in Barley was recently voted Pub of the Year at the Lancashire Tourism Awards.
The freehold of the traditional village inn has been put on the market with Fleurets at a guide price of £1,200,000.
The Pendle Inn offers a new purchaser a bar, snug, games room, dining room, beer patio, six letting cottages, and private living accommodation.

The pub trades seven days a week, opening from 12pm until 10pm, and serving traditional pub food daily until 8.30pm.
There is also a function trade with funerals and other private events and parties.
