YOUNG Blackburn Rovers duo John O’Sullivan and David Raya have had their loans at Accrington Stanley and Southport respectively extended.

Midfielder O’Sullivan, 21, will remain with Stanley until December 20, and goalkeeper Raya, 19, with the Sandgrounders until January 4.

O’Sullivan has scored two goals in five games for John Coleman’s League Two outfit, both of which came on his debut in a thrilling 5-4 win at Northampton Town.

Raya has kept three clean sheets in seven appearances for the Conference Premier side, who have won back-to-back matches after Gary Brabin took over from Martin Foyle as boss.
