NEW signing Doneil Henry has gone straight into the Blackburn Rovers team for tonight’s Championship clash.

With Alex Baptiste joining Grant Hanley, Shane Duffy and Jason Lowe on the sidelines with a hamstring injury, on-loan West Ham United centre-back Henry will take his place in the heart of the Rovers defence alongside stand-in skipper Matt Kilgallon.

It will the 21-year-old Canada international’s senior debut in English football.

Henry is one of five changes made by Rovers boss Gary Bowyer with lifelong Owls fan Tommy Spurr, Lee Williamson, Jordan Rhodes and Chris Brown replacing Markus Olsson, Corry Evans, Craig Conway and Rudy Gestede, who start on the bench.

Also among the substitutes is 20-year-old Darragh Lenihan who has been recalled from his loan spell at Burton Albion.

Wednesday have made one change from the side that started their 2-0 home win over table-topping Middlesbrough on Saturday with Sam Hutchinson taking the place of Kieran Lee.
