BURNLEY have handed professional contracts to six more members of the team that reached the semi finals of the FA Youth Cup.
The Clarets had already tied Steven Hewitt, Cameron Howieson and Luke Conlan to two-year deals and have now awarded 12-month contracts to Jack Errington, Adam Evans, Tom Anderson, Alex Coleman, Archie Love and Aryn Williams – younger brother of former Burnley loanee Rhys Williams.
Fellow youth team players Ben Woodhead, Josh Cook and Alex Mullin – nephew of ex-Claret John Mullin, and son of former Accrington Stanley striker Paul Mullin – have been released.
Also leaving the club are Alex-Ray Harvey and Joe McKee at the end of their professional deals. Dominic Knowles, Neil Yadolahi, David Lynch and Ross Wilson had already been told they would not be offered new contracts.
